From 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, we welcome everyone to The Continental 2026 in Lommel. Whether you are a passionate sheepdog enthusiast, a dog lover, a family looking for a great day out, or simply curious about this unique sport — there is something for everyone!
Watch the world's best handlers and sheepdogs compete at the highest level, discover the atmosphere around the competition and enjoy a great day out with family and friends.
Dogs are welcome!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the event grounds. Please keep your dog under control and be considerate of other visitors and dogs.
Please remember that our competition dogs are here to work. During the competition, please do not approach, touch, call out to, or distract competing dogs and handlers. Give them the space and concentration they need to perform at their best.

There is also children's entertainment on site, making The Continental a great experience for young and old.

Food
Throughout the event, you can enjoy a varied selection of delicious food.
Our homemade bacon and cheese burgers are the perfect choice for anyone looking for a satisfying meal. In addition, we will be serving dirty loaded nachos, generously topped with flavorful ingredients.
Classic favorites will also be available, including fresh fries, a selection of sauces, and various hot snacks.
On two of the event days, we will be offering some extra specialties:
Udon noodles with a choice of pulled pork, chicken, or a vegetarian option.
Soft shell tacos with a choice of pulled pork, chicken, or a vegetarian option.
All food is freshly prepared by Barbelicious, specialists in high-quality street food and barbecue cuisine.
Visitors are welcome to stop by the food stand throughout the event and enjoy freshly prepared dishes whenever they feel like it.
With a wide range of options available, there is something to suit every taste.
